Shipping & Delivery
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us - shop in confidence! All orders are sent in plain packaging. There's absolutely no way of telling what's inside the parcel or who the sender is. All domestic orders are sent via Australia post at a flat rate of $9.95. Any orders over $150 will be shipped free.
We ship all orders from stock within THREE days of acceptance and payment of order. Non stock and special order items may require a little more time before they are shipped. This is usually no more than TEN days, unless the item is on back order or is a custom or special manufacture item, in which case we will advise the delay as soon as we have that information from the suppliers
